ESCOTT analysis of 19,295 human proteins, with model structures from the AlphaFold Protein Structure Database (AFDB).

The absence of an ESCOTT analysis may mean that the model structure for the query is not available in AFDB,

or that the Colabfold MSA may consist of only a dozen sequences, which is insufficient for calculating evolutionary conservation.

In this case, use the ESCOTT web server to calculate scores from your own model structure and MSA.
